Please read these Terms and Conditions as they govern your use of and access to Opinco’s search and content services, including all of our websites and software applications that incorporate Opinco, LLC. By signing up for or using Opinco, you agree to these Terms.
Opinco, LLC does not claim ownership rights over your Content. Your content belongs to you and Opinco does not restrict you from using your content for any purpose. Opinco has rights to distribute and share your content as we wish.
3. Digital Millennium Copyright Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe any material on or available through infringes any copyright you own, please immediately notify our Designated Copyright Agent via email@example.com. The said Notification should include (1) a physical or electronic signature of the infringed, (2) identification of the copyrighted works, (3) information reasonably sufficient to permit is to contact the complaining party, (4) a statement that the information is accurate, and under penalty of perjury.
Please be advised that pursuant to federal law you may be held be held liable for damages if you make material misrepresentations in a notification. Thus, if you are not sure that material located on or linked to Opinco infringes your copyright, you should consider contacting your attorney.
4. Dispute Resolution
Most of your concerns can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily by contacting customer support via firstname.lastname@example.org.If Opinco cannot resolve your concern, you and Opinco agree to be bound by the procedure set forth in this Section to resolve any and all disputes between us.
This Section is an agreement between you and EA, and applies to our respective agents, employees, subsidiaries, predecessors, successors, beneficiaries and assigns. All disputes shall be resolved through litigation. Litigation expenses are Your responsibility.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States of America, without regard to Tennessee’s choice or conflicts of law principles.
6. Intellectual Property Disclosure
You agree that the Services, including but not limited to Content, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, and the scripts and software used to implement the Services, contain proprietary information and material that is owned by apple and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the Services for personal, noncommercial uses in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the Content or Services may be transferred or reproduced in any form or by any means, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement. You agree not to modify, rent, loan, sell, share, or distribute the Services or Content in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Services in any manner not expressly authorized.
7. User Guidelines
When you use Opinco, you agree that you will not be:
Inciting or advocating violence
Falsely promoting products
Using the site or platform for illegal activities
Sending chain letters, junk mail, or spam
Crawling or scraping to gather, view, or access information
Posting offensive, discriminatory, obscene, abusive, or threatening content
Harassing and bullying other users
Artificially increasing follows, likes, and other forms of manipulation
Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property notices
Exposing another user’s credentials and personal information
8. Site Management
Opinco can update Services at any time and will do so regularly. With each update inspection of services and system administration may occur.
9. Termination Clause
Opinco can refuse access to any individual, disable, or terminate any existing account for any reason. A user can terminate their account at any time by deleting their account in the Settings page or contacting customer service at email@example.com.
10. Third Parties
Opinco is not responsible for any third-party that links to Opinco. The user is responsible for reading the policies of third parties. These third-parties services may subject you to additional or different terms and restrictions.
11. User Registration
You may need to create an Opinco account to use part or all of our Services. Your usernames and passwords are for their personal use only and should always be kept confidential. You are responsible for all use of their usernames and passwords, including unauthorized use. You need to notify you immediately if their credentials get stolen or if they believe that there has been unauthorized access to their accounts.
12. Changes to this agreement
We may occasionally make changes to this Agreement.
When we make material changes to this Agreement, we'll provide you with prominent notice as appropriate under the circumstances. For example, we may display a prominent notice within the Opinco Service or send you an email or device notification.
